Ernest Comer III is an executive consultant with expertise in guidance, planning, and facilitation. In 2014 he set out on a journey to provide professional development experiences and exposure to unpopular examples of leadership and success.

 

In the fall of 2021 he began working full-time as CEO (Principal Consultant) at E Howard Co and today this business focuses more directly on guidance and strategic planning for executives leading powerful initiatives that drive social impact.

Ernest's academic background includes Communication and Project Management as well as African American & African Studies. In addition, he brings more than a decade of leadership experience across sectors including private, non-profit, and philanthropic.
